Business verification

Before you can trade on Carbonmark we need to know who we're doing business with. Verification is by invitation: your Carbonmark contact sends you a personal link that opens your application.

Need a link, or a new one?

Get in touch and we'll send you a link to start or continue your verification. If you've already been in touch with someone at Carbonmark, you can also ask them directly.

What we'll ask for

A standard verification takes most businesses under ten minutes. We'll ask for:

  • Your companyLegal name, country and registration number, registered address, and what the business does.
  • ContactsWho we should talk to, including one person who can commit the company.
  • OwnershipAnyone who owns 25% or more, and any parent company.
Documents
  • Certificate of incorporationOr your local equivalent — trade licence, business registration.
  • Bank statement or letterDated within the last 3 months, showing the account holder name and account number.

PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 20 MB each.

We don't need passports or personal ID. If your business needs a more detailed check, for example to receive payouts as a seller, we'll also ask for articles of association or MOA and proof of registered address, plus your registry account and payout details. We'll tell you if that applies.
